Pipe connection

1. Begin by thoroughly cleaning both the pipe socket and fitting socket prior to bonding to ensure a clean and strong connection.
2. Measure the socket depth accurately and mark the pipe port to guide seamless insertion and ensure a precise fit.
3. Apply adhesive methodically, starting with the socket and then the pipe, ensuring an even and appropriate coat for maximum efficacy.
4. Carefully align and insert the pipe into the marked section in one swift motion, completing with a 1/4 turn for optimal bonding.
5. Remove any excess adhesive from the socket to maintain a neat finish and prevent potential weak points.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand undisturbed until the interface is fully cured, ensuring a sturdy and durable connection.

Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine the saw pipe length based on precise measurements and the dimensions of each connected fitting. Use fine-tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines for precision. Ensure smooth, deformation-free cuts. File the socket part into a 15°-30° groove, with a length of at least 3mm and thickness of 1/3 to 1/2 of the pipe wall. Clean away debris post-grooving for optimal adhesion.
Socket protection:
Post-connection, cleanse extruded adhesive using cotton or dry cloth with detergent like acetone. Allow the joint to cure based on adhesive performance and weather conditions, extending curing time in winter for assured durability.
