Our PVC-U drain pipe is a state-of-the-art series of drainage products with proven technology, extensively utilized both domestically and internationally. These pipes boast unparalleled advantages over cast iron alternatives, such as exceptional longevity and superb corrosion resistance. They are lightweight and easy to handle, simplifying the process of installation and connection. As a result, they are ideal for use in civil building drainage, sewage systems, chemical drainage and sewage, as well as rainwater drainage among other applications. Our PVC-U drainage pipes and fittings conform to the stringent standards of GB/T5836.1-2018 and GB/T5836.2-2018.
Our product range includes three types: straight pipe, expanded pipe, and expanded pipe with diverse connection methods. Additionally, we offer pressure drainage pipes specifically designed for rainwater drainage and aesthetically pleasing square rain downspouts tailored for various building designs. To address different engineering needs, we have developed a series of innovative drainage solutions such as spiral silencers, hollow spiral silencers, and hollow wall silencers, all engineered to significantly reduce drainage noise.

Pipe connection
★ Follow these stringent procedures for socket connections to ensure optimal performance:
1. Clean the pipe socket and fitting socket thoroughly before bonding.
2. Measure the socket depth accurately and mark the pipe accordingly.
3. Apply adhesive uniformly - first on the socket, then on the pipe - ensuring an even and sufficient coating.
4. Align correctly and insert the pipe into the marked depth in one smooth motion, then rotate 1/4 turn.
5. Wipe away any excess adhesive from the socket.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand still until the interface has completely cured.
★ Adhere to the following safety guidelines when using adhesives:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents as needed, restricting access to non-operating personnel.
2. Ensure there are no open flames at the bonding site, and maintain good ventilation.
3. Avoid construction below -10ºC, and do not use fire to bake the adhesive.
4. Equip construction personnel with gloves. If adhesive contacts the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine the length of the saw pipe based on layer-by-layer measurements and the dimensions of each connecting pipe fitting. Use fine tooth saws, cutters, and pipe cutting machines for precision. Ensure fractures are flat with no section deformation. File a 15°-30° groove where the socket is to be glued, with a length not less than 3mm and a thickness of 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall thickness. Remove debris after grooving.
Socket protection:
After socket connection, clean any extruded adhesive with a cotton yarn or dry cloth dipped in a suitable detergent such as acetone. Allow the interface to cure statically according to adhesive performance and climatic conditions. In winter, extend the curing time appropriately.
