Pipe Connection
★ Adhere strictly to these procedures for flawless pipe socket connections:
1. Prior to bonding, ensure pipe and fitting sockets are meticulously cleaned.
2. Accurately measure the socket depth and clearly mark the pipe port.
3. Apply adhesive methodically—start with the socket, followed by the fitting—ensuring an even and suitable coat.
4. Precisely align, insert into the marked point in one motion, and rotate by a quarter turn.
5. Thoroughly clean off any adhesive remnants from the socket.
6. Maintain the bonded pipe upright until the interface achieves full cure.
★ Adhere to these safety guidelines for using adhesives:
1. Utilize adhesives and cleaning agents responsibly, restricting access to non-operators.
2. Ensure no open flames at the bonding site, maintaining excellent ventilation.
3. Avoid construction in temperatures below -10ºC, and refrain from using fire to dry adhesive points.
4. Construction staff must wear gloves. If adhesive contacts the eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek hospital care.
Installation Instructions
Saw Pipe and Groove:
Determine saw pipe length through meticulous measurements and fitting sizes. Opt for fine-toothed saws, cutters, and pipe cutting machines to ensure smooth, deformation-free cuts. File the socket's adhesive area to a 15°-30° groove, with a minimum length of 3mm, and 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall thickness. Remove debris post-groove for optimal results.
Socket Protection:
Post-connection, cleanse extruded adhesive with cotton yarn or dry cloth dipped in a mild detergent like acetone. Allow to cure statically based on adhesive properties and weather conditions, extending curing time during winter construction.
