Pipe Connection
★ Mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end post-piping.
★ Clean the connecting end faces of pipes and fittings, then thread the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Use a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings. Ensure the heating parameters align with the technical specifications of the hot melt machine.
★ Upon reaching the heating time, promptly remove the pipe and fittings, insert them evenly to the marked depth without rotation to form a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Post-welding, secure the pipe joint cover.
