Pipe Connection
★ The primary methods for seamless pipeline connection include:
1. For dn≤63, opt for hot melt socket connection or electrofusion connection.
2. When dn≥75, hot melt butt connection or electrofusion connection is recommended for optimal performance.
3. Connections with metal pipes and accessories are best achieved using flange connections or transition pipe connections.
★ Electrofusion Connection Steps
1. Begin by cleaning any impurities from the pipe and marking the insertion depth meticulously.
2. Thoroughly scrape the pipe's epidermis for optimal fusion.
3. Carefully sleeve the electrofusion fittings onto the pipe, ensuring perfect alignment along a shared axis.
4. Proceed with welding, and observe for a slight melt projection from the hole as an indicator.
5. Allow to cool, signaling the completion of the electric melting process.
