Pipe connection
★ Principal pipeline connection methods include:
1. For pipes with dn≤63, use hot melt socket or electrofusion connections for the best results.
2. For pipes with dn≥75, it is recommended to use hot melt butt or electrofusion connections to ensure secure fittings.
3. To connect with metal pipes and other pipeline accessories, opt for flange connections or transition pipe connections for superior compatibility.
★ Electrofusion connection
1. Start by cleaning the pipe's surface to be connected and mark the necessary insertion depth precisely.
2. Then, carefully scrape the pipe's surface to prepare for a secure fitting.
3. Slide the electrofusion fittings onto the pipe, ensuring the pipe remains straight and aligned on the same axis for optimal connection.
4. Proceed with the electrical welding, observing for a slight melt to eject from the hole, indicating proper welding.
5. Finally, allow the connection to cool, completing the electrofusion process reliably and with precision.
