3. For connections with metal pipes and other pipeline accessories, opt for flange connections or transition pipe connections for superior compatibility.
★ Electrofusion connection
1. Start by cleaning the pipe's connecting surface and mark the required insertion depth for accuracy.
2. Carefully scrape the pipe's surface to prepare for a secure fitting.
3. Slide the electrofusion fittings onto the pipe, ensuring it remains straight and aligned on the same axis for optimal connection.
4. Proceed with electrical welding, observing a slight melt ejecting from the hole, indicating proper welding.
5. Allow the connection to cool, completing the electrofusion process with precision and reliability.
