Pipe connection
★ Follow these meticulous steps for secure pipe socket connections:
1. Prior to bonding, ensure both the pipe socket and fitting socket are immaculately clean.
2. Accurately gauge the socket's depth and clearly mark the pipe port.
3. Apply adhesive meticulously: begin with the socket before proceeding to the pipe socket, ensuring an even and appropriate coating.
4. Align accurately, insert to the marked section in one smooth move, and rotate 1/4 turn for a secure fit.
5. Carefully remove excess adhesive from the socket for a neat finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand still until the interface has fully cured.
★ Adhere to these safety guidelines for adhesive use:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents strictly as needed, prohibiting access by non-operators.
2. Ensure no open flames are present at bonding sites, and maintain good ventilation.
3. Avoid construction in temperatures below -10ºC, and never apply fire to adhesive points.
4. Equip construction personnel with gloves; if adhesive contacts the eyes, flush with ample water and seek medical attention promptly.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine the saw pipe length layer by layer based on precise measurements and the dimensions of connected fittings. Use fine-tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines for a clean cut without deforming the section. File the socket portion to a 15°-30° groove using a medium board file, ensuring the groove length is at least 3mm and its thickness is between 1/3 and 1/2 of the pipe wall. Once grooving is complete, thoroughly clear away debris.
Socket protection:
After socket connection, cleanse any extruded adhesive with a cotton yarn or a dry cloth lightly moistened with detergent such as acetone. Allow the interface to cure statically based on adhesive performance and climate conditions. Extend curing times during winter construction as necessary.
