Pipe connection
★ Ensure the integrity of your pipe socket connections by meticulously following this step-by-step guide:
1. Start by thoroughly cleaning both the pipe socket and pipe fitting socket before beginning the bonding process.
2. Accurately measure the socket depth and mark the pipe port for precise alignment.
3. Apply the adhesive meticulously: coat the socket first, then the pipe, ensuring an even and ample application.
4. Align correctly, insert to the marked depth in one fluid motion, and give a 1/4 turn to secure the fit.
5. Immediately clean any excess adhesive from the surface of the socket.
6. Allow the bonded pipes to stand undisturbed until the bond has fully cured.
★ For optimal safety, adhere to the following adhesive usage guidelines:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents judiciously, restricting access to non-operators to prevent mishaps.
2. Maintain a flame-free environment at the bonding site and ensure adequate ventilation at all times.
3. Avoid construction in temperatures below -10ºC, and refrain from using fire to dry adhesive points.
4. Equip construction staff with gloves for protection. If adhesive enters the eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention immediately.
Installation instructions

Determine saw pipe lengths per measurement, selecting tools like fine tooth saws or pipe cutting machines for precision. Ensure clean cuts with no deformations. File pipe ends to a 15°-30° groove, at least 3mm long and 1/3-1/2 pipe wall thick. Remove debris post-groove for optimal bonding.
Socket protection:
Post-connection, clean any extruded adhesive with acetone-dipped cloth, letting it cure statically as per adhesive type and weather. Extend curing time in colder conditions.
