Pipe connection
★Follow these precise steps for pipe socket connections:
1. Clean the pipe socket and fitting socket thoroughly before bonding.
2. Measure socket depth and mark the pipe port accurately.
3. Apply adhesive uniformly, starting with the socket and then the pipe fitting socket.
4. Align direction, insert to the marked depth at once, and rotate 1/4 turn.
5. Wipe off any excess adhesive from the socket.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface cures completely.
★Adhesive safety measures include the following:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents as needed, restricting use to operators only.
2. Ensure no open flames near bonding points and maintain good ventilation.
3. Avoid construction below -10ºC and refrain from using fire to bake adhesive points.
4. Wear gloves during construction. If adhesive contacts eyes, rinse with plenty of water and seek hospital treatment immediately.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine saw pipe length based on measured dimensions and connected pipe fittings. Use fine-tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines. Ensure flat fracture with no deformation. File the socket area to a 15°-30° groove, with a length of at least 3mm and a thickness of 1/3 to 1/2 of the pipe wall. Remove debris after grooving.
Socket protection:
After connecting the socket, clean extruded adhesive with cotton yarn or a dry cloth dipped in detergent like acetone. Allow it to stand until the interface is fully cured, adjusting curing time for winter conditions.
