3. For connecting with metal pipes and other pipeline accessories, use flange connections or transition pipe connections for superior compatibility.
★ Electrofusion connection
1. Start by thoroughly cleaning the pipe's surface to be connected and mark the required insertion depth for precision.
2. Next, carefully scrape the pipe's surface to prepare it for a secure fitting.
3. Slide the electrofusion fittings onto the pipe, ensuring the pipe remains straight and aligned on the same axis for optimal connection.
4. Proceed with the electrical welding, ensuring a slight melt is observed ejecting from the hole, indicating proper welding.
5. Finally, allow the connection to cool, completing the electrofusion process with precision and reliability.
