Pipe Connection
★ Primary Connection Methods Include:
1. For dn≤63, opt for hot melt socket or electrofusion connections.
2. For dn≥75, hot melt butt or electrofusion connections are recommended.
3. Metal pipes and accessories can be connected via flange or transition pipe connections.
★ Electrofusion Connection
1. Clean and mark the pipe's insertion depth for a precise connection.
2. Carefully scrape the outer layer of the pipe.
3. Align the electrofusion fittings with the pipe, ensuring they are straight and axially aligned.
4. Proceed with electric welding, observing for melt ejection as an indicator.
5. Allow to cool, completing the electrofusion process.
