Pipe connection
★ The primary methods of connecting pipelines include:
1. For dn≤63, employ hot melt socket connection or electrofusion connection.
2. For dn≥75, it is recommended to use hot melt butt connection or electrofusion connection.
3. To connect with metal pipes and accessories, use flange connection or transition pipe connection.
★ Electrofusion connection
1. Clean the dirt from the pipe to be connected and mark the insertion depth with precision.
2. Meticulously scrape the epidermis of the pipe.
3. Slide the electrofusion pipe fittings onto the pipe, ensuring alignment and straightness along the same axis.
4. Electrically weld, watching for a slight melt to emerge from the observation hole.
5. Allow cooling as the electric melting process completes.
