★ The primary pipeline connection methods include:
1. For pipes with dn≤63, employ hot melt socket or electrofusion connections for optimal results, ensuring secure and efficient fittings.
2. For pipes with dn≥75, it is recommended to use hot melt butt or electrofusion connections to ensure secure and robust fittings.
3. For connecting with metal pipes and other pipeline accessories, opt for flange connections or transition pipe connections to achieve superior compatibility and reliability.
★ Electrofusion connection
1. Begin by thoroughly cleaning the pipe's surface to be connected and mark the necessary insertion depth for precise alignment.
2. Carefully scrape the pipe's surface to prepare it for a secure and reliable fitting.
3. Slide the electrofusion fittings onto the pipe, ensuring the pipe remains straight and aligned on the same axis for an optimal and secure connection.
4. Proceed with the electrical welding process, observing for a slight melt ejecting from the hole, indicating proper welding and connection.
5. Finally, allow the connection to cool, completing the electrofusion process with precision and ensuring long-lasting reliability.
