Pipe connection
★ Mark the socket depth on the pipe's insertion end after piping.
★ Clean the connecting faces of the pipes and fittings, and thread the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Utilize a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings. Ensure the heating parameters align with the technical specifications of the hot melt machine.
★ Upon reaching the heating time, simultaneously remove the pipe and fittings, and insert straight without rotation to the marked depth until a uniform flange forms at the joint.
★ Place the pipe joint cover after welding.
★ Achieve a flawless match as the pipes and fittings melt into a single, unified structure.
