Pipe Connection
★ Ensure a secure connection with our pipe socket guidelines, adhering strictly to the following procedures:
1. Clean the pipe and fitting sockets thoroughly before applying the adhesive to avoid any bonding issues.
2. Accurately measure the socket depth and clearly mark the pipe port for precision during installation.
3. Apply the adhesive evenly, starting with the socket before proceeding to the pipe, ensuring a uniform and appropriate coating.
4. Align carefully, insert into the marked depth with a single motion, and twist 1/4 turn to secure.
5. Clean any excess adhesive from the socket to maintain a tidy and efficient connection.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface is fully cured, ensuring a strong and reliable join.
★ Adhere to these safety measures for adhesive use during installation:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents responsibly, limiting access to trained personnel only.
2. Maintain a flame-free environment with proper ventilation during bonding to ensure safety.
3. Avoid construction in temperatures below -10ºC and refrain from using fire to dry adhesive points.
4. Equip construction staff with gloves; in case of eye contact with adhesive, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention immediately.
Installation Instructions
Saw Pipe and Groove:
Determine the saw pipe length based on measured dimensions and connected fittings. Use fine tooth saws, cutters, or pipe machines for precision. Ensure a flat cut without deformation. File the socket section to a 15°-30° groove with a medium board file. Ensure a minimum groove length of 3mm and a thickness of 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall. Clean debris post-groove.
Socket Protection:
After socket connection, use cotton yarn or a dry cloth with a bit of acetone to clean excess adhesive. Allow the interface to cure according to adhesive and climate conditions, extending curing time during winter construction.
