Pipe connection
★ Ensure meticulous adherence to these procedures for pipe socket connections:
1. Thoroughly clean the pipe socket and fitting socket before commencing the bonding process.
2. Precisely measure the depth of the socket, marking the pipe port accurately.
3. Apply adhesive with care: start with the socket and proceed to the pipe socket, ensuring an even and appropriate coating.
4. Carefully align and insert to the marked depth with a 1/4 turn rotation for a secure fit.
5. Neatly remove excess adhesive within the socket for a clean finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand undisturbed until the interface is fully cured.
★ Follow these essential safety guidelines for the use of adhesives:
1. Only use adhesives and cleaning agents as needed, restricting access to non-operators.
2. Maintain a strict no open flame policy at bonding points, ensuring excellent ventilation.
3. Avoid construction below -10ºC and refrain from using fire to dry adhesive points.
4. Equip construction personnel with gloves, and if adhesive contacts eyes, rinse immediately with water and consult medical assistance.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine the saw pipe length based on layer-by-layer measurements and pipe fitting dimensions. Use fine-tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines for clean cuts without deformation. File the socket end to a 15°-30° groove with a medium board file, ensuring groove length exceeds 3mm and thickness is 1/3-1/2 of the wall. Remove debris post-grooving.
Socket protection:
Post-connection, cleanse excess adhesive with cotton or dry cloth dipped in mild detergent like acetone. Allow the interface to cure dependent on adhesive performance and climate, extending curing time in winter.
