Product Application Range

Pipe Connection
★ Mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end after piping.
★ Clean the connecting end faces of pipes and fittings, then thread the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Use a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings. Ensure the heating parameters align with the technical requirements of the hot melt machine.
★ Once the heating time is reached, remove the pipe and fittings simultaneously. Insert the straight line without rotation to the marked depth, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Apply the pipe joint cover post-welding.
★ Achieve a perfect match as the pipes and fittings melt into one cohesive unit.
