Pipe Connection
★ For optimal results, follow these precise procedures for pipe socket connection:
1. Ensure both the pipe socket and fitting socket are clean prior to bonding.
2. Measure the depth of the socket and clearly mark the pipe port.
3. Apply adhesive uniformly, painting the socket first, followed by the pipe socket.
4. Align and insert the pipe into the marked part in one motion, then rotate it 1/4 turn.
5. Remove any excess adhesive from the socket.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface is fully cured.
★ The safe use of adhesives must adhere to these guidelines:
1. Only operators should handle adhesives and cleaning agents as required.
2. Ensure there is no open flame near the bonding area and maintain good ventilation.
3. Avoid constructing below -10ºC and do not use fire to dry the adhesive.
4. Equip construction personnel with gloves. In case of adhesive contact with eyes, flush immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
Installation Instructions
Sawing Pipe and Grooving:
Determine the length of the saw pipe layer by layer based on measured dimensions and each connected pipe fitting's size. Use fine-tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines for precise sawing. Ensure the cut is flat and the section remains undisturbed. File the socket part to be glued into a 15°-30° groove using a medium file. The groove length should be at least 3mm, with a thickness of 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall. Remove debris after grooving.
Socket Protection:
After connecting the socket, clean any extruded adhesive with cotton yarn or a cloth slightly moistened with acetone or a similar detergent. Allow the interface to cure based on the adhesive's performance and climatic conditions. Extend curing time for winter construction.
