Pipe connection
★ The primary methods for connecting our pipelines are:
1. For dn≤63, opt for hot melt socket or electrofusion connections to ensure secure and efficient fittings.
2. For dn≥75, hot melt butt connection or electrofusion connections are recommended for optimal results.
3. When connecting to metal pipes and pipeline accessories, utilize flange connections or transition pipe connections for a seamless integration.
★ Electrofusion connection
1. Start by cleaning the pipe's surface to be connected and accurately marking the insertion depth.
2. Carefully scrape the surface layer to prepare for the connection.
3. Slip the electrofusion pipe fitting onto the pipe, ensuring alignment along the same axis for a perfect fit.
4. Proceed with electrical welding, ensuring a small amount of melt extrudes from the observation hole to confirm a successful weld.
5. Allow adequate cooling time to complete the electrofusion process, securing a robust and reliable connection.
