Expert Pipe Connection Guide
★ Follow these procedures for effective pipe socket connections:
1. Clean the pipe socket and fitting socket thoroughly before bonding.
2. Measure the socket depth and mark the pipe accordingly.
3. Apply adhesive evenly, painting the socket first, followed by the fitting socket.
4. Align and insert into the marked part with a single motion, then rotate 1/4 turn.
5. Wipe off any excess adhesive from the socket.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface is fully cured.
★ Adhere to these safety guidelines when using adhesives:
1. Only operators should use adhesives and cleaning agents as needed.
2. Ensure good ventilation and avoid open flames at the bonding site.
3. Avoid construction below -10ºC and do not use fire to dry adhesive points.
4. Wear gloves during application. In case of eye contact with adhesive, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
Comprehensive Installation Instructions
Precision Sawing and Grooving:
Determine saw pipe length based on measurements and connected fitting dimensions. Use fine-tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines for precision. Ensure a flat cut with no deformation. File socket area for bonding into a 15°-30° groove, at least 3mm long and 1/3-1/2 pipe wall thickness. Clean debris post-grooving.
Socket Protection:
Clean extruded adhesive with cotton yarn or dry cloth dipped in detergent (e.g., acetone) after socket connection. Allow curing based on adhesive performance and climate. Extend curing time during winter.
