Pipe connection
★ The main connection methods of the pipeline are:
1. For dn≤63: opt for a hot melt socket connection or electrofusion connection, ensuring robust and secure joints.
2. For dn≥75: it is advisable to employ hot melt butt connection or electrofusion connection for superior strength and reliability.
3. When connecting with metal pipes and pipeline accessories, choose between flange connection or transition pipe connection for seamless integration.
★ Electrofusion connection
1. Thoroughly clean the pipe to be connected, marking the precise insertion depth for accuracy.
2. Carefully scrape the epidermis for a flawless fit.
3. Sleeve the electrofusion pipe fittings onto the pipe, ensuring it remains straight and aligned on the same axis for optimal performance.
4. Proceed with electric welding, observing that a slight melt is ejected from the hole as a sign of proper melting.
5. Allow for cooling, completing the electric melting process with precision and effectiveness.
