Pipe Connection
★ Primary connection methods for our pipelines include:
1. For dn≤63, opt for hot melt socket or electrofusion connection.
2. For dn≥75, hot melt butt or electrofusion connections are recommended.
3. Use flange or transition pipe connections to link with metal pipes and pipeline accessories.
★ Electrofusion Connection Procedure
1. Clean the dirt off the pipe and mark the insertion depth.
2. Scrape the surface layer clean.
3. Ensure the electrofusion pipe fittings are properly aligned on the pipe.
4. Execute electrical welding until slight melt is ejected from the observation hole.
5. Allow to cool, completing the electrofusion process.
