Pipe connection
★ Ensure precision and durability by following these strict pipe socket connection procedures:
1. Prior to bonding, thoroughly clean the pipe socket and fitting socket.
2. Measure and mark the socket depth on the pipe.
3. Apply adhesive by first coating the socket and then the fitting, ensuring an even application.
4. Align properly, insert to the marked depth in one motion, and give it a 1/4 turn.
5. Clean any excess adhesive from the socket for a tidy finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface is fully cured, ensuring a secure connection.
★ Adhere to these safety guidelines for using adhesives effectively:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents responsibly. Non-operators should avoid handling these substances.
2. Maintain good ventilation and ensure no open flames are present near bonding areas.
3. Avoid construction below -10ºC, and do not apply heat to set adhesive points.
4. Equip personnel with protective gloves. In case of adhesive contact with eyes, rinse with water and seek medical attention.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine saw pipe lengths based on precise measurements and each fitting's dimensions. Use fine-tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines for precision cuts. Ensure flat fracture surfaces without deformation. File socket ends into a 15°-30° groove, with a length of at least 3mm and thickness between 1/3 to 1/2 of the pipe wall. Clean debris post-grooving.
Socket protection:
After joining sockets, clean excess adhesive with cotton yarn or a dry cloth dipped in acetone. Allow the bond to cure based on adhesive properties and weather conditions. Extend curing time during winter for optimal results.
