Pipe connection
★ Ensure a perfect pipe socket connection by strictly following these meticulous procedures:
1. Begin with a clean slate; thoroughly wipe both the pipe socket and fitting socket before bonding.
2. Measure with precision: mark the pipe port accurately with the socket depth.
3. Apply adhesive with care: coat the socket first, followed by the pipe fitting socket, ensuring an even and appropriate application.
4. Align with precision, insert into the marked section in one smooth motion, and rotate 1/4 turn to secure.
5. Clean up the excess: wipe away any adhesive remnants from the socket.
6. Allow time for curing: stand the bonded pipe upright until the interface is fully cured for optimal strength.
★ Adhere to these vital safety guidelines when using adhesives:
1. Only authorized personnel should handle adhesives and cleaning agents, ensuring they are used as required.
2. Maintain a flame-free zone at the bonding site and ensure adequate ventilation for safety.
3. Avoid construction in temperatures below -10ºC, and refrain from using fire to heat the adhesive point.
4. Personnel should wear protective gloves. In case of eye exposure to adhesive, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention promptly.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine the saw pipe length meticulously layer by layer, considering precise measurements and each fitting's dimensions. Opt for tools like a fine tooth saw, cutter, or pipe cutting machine to ensure clean, flat cuts without sectional deformation. For gluing, use a medium board file to create a groove of 15°-30°. The groove should be at least 3mm long, with a thickness of 1/3 to 1/2 of the pipe wall. Once grooved, clear away any debris to prepare for a flawless connection.
Socket protection:
Post-connection, gently cleanse any extruded adhesive with cotton yarn or a dry cloth moistened with acetone or similar cleaners. Allow the joint to remain static until cured, adjusting for the adhesive's properties and weather conditions. In winter, extend the curing time appropriately to ensure a robust bond.
