Features
★ Crafted with exceptional surface hardness and tensile strength, our PVC fittings guarantee a secure and reliable pipeline system. Trust in enhanced safety with every connection.
★ Our pipes are engineered for longevity, boasting an impressive service life that surpasses 50 years, thanks to superior aging resistance.
★ Featuring unparalleled corrosion resistance against inorganic acids, alkalis, and salts, these fittings excel in industrial sewage discharge and transportation applications.
★ Benefit from our low friction coefficient, which ensures seamless water flow, minimizes clogs, and significantly reduces maintenance requirements.
★ The material's high oxygen index and premium self-extinguishing properties make it an excellent choice for enhanced safety in your pipeline system.
★ With a minimal linear expansion coefficient of just 0.07mm/m.ºC, our pipes exhibit negligible deformation due to temperature changes. Their low thermal conductivity and elastic modulus offer superior frost resistance over conventional cast iron drainage pipes.
★ Enjoy the ease of construction with simple, efficient bonding of pipe and fitting connections, streamlining your installation process.
★ Designed for versatility, these fittings are perfect for both indoor and outdoor drainage in industrial and civil buildings, handling continuous domestic sewage up to 40ºC and instant discharge temperatures up to 80ºC. They are also ideal for non-corrosive industrial wastewater applications.
Pipe Connection
★ Follow these essential steps for optimal pipe socket connections to ensure a secure and durable bond:
1. Thoroughly clean both the pipe socket and fitting socket before applying any adhesive.
2. Measure the socket depth accurately and mark the pipe port accordingly to ensure a precise fit.
3. Apply the adhesive evenly, starting with the socket and then moving to the fitting socket for a uniform bond.
4. Align the pipe with the marked section and insert it in one smooth motion, then rotate it 1/4 turn for a secure fit.
5. Quickly wipe away any excess adhesive from the socket area to maintain a clean and professional finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand undisturbed until the adhesive is fully cured, ensuring a strong and lasting connection.
★ Adhere to these critical safety guidelines when using adhesives to ensure a safe and effective bonding process:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents responsibly, ensuring they are handled exclusively by trained personnel.
2. Maintain proper ventilation and ensure that bonding areas are free from open flames and other ignition sources.
3. Avoid conducting construction in temperatures below -10ºC and refrain from using fire to expedite the curing process.
4. Workers should wear protective gloves. In case of adhesive contact with the eyes, rinse immediately with water and seek medical advice.
Installation Instructions
Saw Pipe and Groove:
Ensure the sawed pipe length is determined by precise measurements and the dimensions of each fitting connection. Use fine-tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines to achieve a clean, flat cut without deformation. The socket area to be glued should be grooved at a 15°-30° angle using a medium board file, with a groove length of at least 3mm and a thickness of 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall. Remove all debris post-grooving to maintain a clean working area.
Socket Protection:
Post-socket connection, clean any extruded adhesive using a cloth dipped in a mild detergent like acetone. Allow the joint to cure according to the adhesive’s performance specifications and weather conditions, extending curing time appropriately for winter constructions to ensure a robust bond.
