Pipe connection
★Ensure precise pipe socket connections by following these meticulous procedures:
1. Clean both the pipe socket and fitting socket thoroughly before bonding for a secure fit.
2. Accurately measure and mark the depth of the socket on the pipe port.
3. Apply adhesive carefully, starting with the socket and then the spigot, ensuring an even and adequate coating.
4. Align correctly, insert swiftly to the marked depth, and rotate 1/4 turn for a perfect bond.
5. Clean any excess adhesive from the socket for a neat finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipes to stand undisturbed until fully cured, ensuring lasting durability.
★Adhere to these safety guidelines for using adhesives:
1. Utilize adhesives and cleaning agents responsibly; restrict use to trained operators only.
2. Ensure good ventilation and eliminate open flames at bonding sites for safety.
3. Avoid construction below -10ºC and never use fire to dry adhesive points.
4. Wear protective gloves during construction; in case of eye contact with adhesive, rinse immediately with water and seek medical attention.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine saw pipe lengths based on precise measurements and connected fitting dimensions. Utilize fine tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines for a clean cut, ensuring no deformation. Create a 15°-30° groove on the socket area using a medium board file. The groove should be at least 3mm long, with thickness 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall. Clean away debris after grooving for optimal adhesive bonding.
Socket protection:
Post-connection, clean excess adhesive with cotton yarn or dry cloth soaked in a mild solvent like acetone. Stabilize until the adhesive cures, considering weather conditions, with extended curing time during winter.
