Pipe connection
★ Adhere to precision with our detailed pipe socket connection procedures:
1. Ensure cleanliness by wiping the pipe socket and fitting socket thoroughly before bonding.
2. Accurately measure and mark the socket depth on the pipe port for seamless alignment.
3. Apply adhesive meticulously, starting with the socket and ensuring even, appropriate coverage.
4. Carefully align and insert, turning 1/4 to secure the bond precisely.
5. Clean any excess adhesive from the socket for a neat finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand undisturbed until the interface is fully cured.
★ Ensure adhesive safety with these critical guidelines:
1. Limit adhesive and cleaner use to authorized personnel only, ensuring safety and control.
2. Maintain a flame-free, well-ventilated environment at bonding sites to enhance safety.
3. Avoid sub-zero constructions and refrain from using fire to dry adhesive points.
4. Equip construction staff with gloves; if adhesive contacts eyes, rinse with water urgently and seek medical care.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Carefully determine saw pipe lengths based on precise measurements and fitting dimensions. Use fine-tooth saws, cutters, and pipe cutting machines for flawless, deformation-free cuts. File the socket area into a 15°-30° groove, ensuring a depth of 3mm or more, with thickness at 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall. Clear debris post-grooving for optimal results.
Socket protection:
Post-connection, cleanse excess adhesive with acetone-dipped cotton or cloth. Allow static curing as per adhesive performance and weather. Extend curing time in winter for reliability.
