Pipe Connection
★ Mark the socket depth on the pipe insertion end post-piping.
★ Clean the connecting end faces of pipes and fittings before threading the pipe into the joint cover.
★ Heat pipes and fittings using a hot melt machine. Ensure heating parameters meet the technical requirements of the specific hot melt machine.
★ Once heated, remove pipes and fittings immediately and insert straight without rotation to the marked depth, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Apply the pipe joint cover post-welding for added security.
★ The pipes and fittings will melt into a unified structure, achieving a truly perfect match.
