Pipe connection
★ Ensure secure pipe socket connections by strictly following these procedures:
1. Begin by thoroughly wiping the pipe socket and fitting socket before applying adhesive.
2. Carefully measure the socket depth and mark the pipe port accurately.
3. Apply adhesive meticulously, starting with the socket and then the fitting, ensuring a uniform and adequate coat.
4. Align properly, insert into the marked position at once, and rotate by a quarter turn to secure.
5. Clean any excess adhesive from the socket to maintain a tidy finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface cures completely.
★ Adhere to the following guidelines for the safe use of adhesives:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents as needed, ensuring they are handled only by authorized personnel.
2. Maintain a flame-free environment at the bonding site and ensure proper ventilation.
3. Avoid constructing below -10ºC, and refrain from using fire to heat adhesive points.
4. Equip construction personnel with gloves. In case of adhesive contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water immediately and seek medical attention.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine the saw pipe length precisely based on measured dimensions and connected fittings. Use fine-toothed saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines for precision. Ensure clean, flat cuts with no sectional deformation. File the socket to a 15°-30° groove, with a minimum length of 3mm and a thickness of 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall. Remove debris after grooving.
Socket protection:
After socket connection, cleanse extruded adhesive using cotton yarn or a dry cloth with a small detergent like acetone. Allow to cure statically based on adhesive performance and climate. Extend curing time for winter construction.
