3. For connectivity with metal pipes and pipeline accessories, consider using flange connections or transition pipe connections for seamless integration.
★ Electrofusion Connection
1. Thoroughly clean the pipe surface to be connected and mark the insertion depth accurately.
2. Properly scrape the outer layer of the pipe to ensure clean contact.
3. Slide the electrofusion fittings onto the pipe, ensuring it remains straight and aligned on the same axis for optimal joining.
4. Electrically weld the connection, observing for a slight ejection of melt from the designated hole as a quality check.
5. Allow the connection to cool, completing the electrofusion welding process efficiently and securely.
