Pipe Connection
★ Mark the socket depth on the insertion end of the pipe before proceeding with the piping.
★ Clean the connecting faces of both pipes and fittings before threading the pipe into the joint cover.
★ Use a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings. Ensure that heating parameters adhere to the technical specifications of the equipment.
★ Once the heating time is reached, remove both the pipe and fittings simultaneously. Insert them in a straight line without rotation to the marked depth to form a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Fit the pipe joint cover securely after welding.
★ Achieve Perfect Fusion: Our pipes and fittings melt completely to form a single, cohesive unit, ensuring a flawless match.
