Pipe connection
★ Mark the socket depth on the pipe insertion end after piping.
★ Clean the connecting end faces of pipes and fittings. Insert the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Heat the pipes and fittings using a hot melt machine, ensuring the heating parameters meet the technical requirements of the machine.
★ Once the heating time is reached, remove the pipe and fittings simultaneously and insert them straight without rotation to the marked depth, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ After welding, place the pipe joint cover on the connection.
★ The pipes and fittings meld into a single entity, achieving a perfect match.
