Pipe connection
★ Ensure a perfect pipe socket connection by following these detailed procedures:
1. Prior to bonding, meticulously clean both the pipe socket and the pipe fitting socket.
2. Precisely measure the socket depth and clearly mark the pipe port.
3. Apply adhesive uniformly, first on the socket, then on the pipe, ensuring the coating is even and sufficient.
4. Align accurately, insert to the marked depth in one motion, and lightly rotate 1/4 turn.
5. Thoroughly wipe away excess adhesive from the socket area.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface fully cures, ensuring a secure connection.
★ Follow these guidelines for safe adhesive usage:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents responsibly; non-operators must refrain from handling.
2. Ensure no open flames are near bonding points, and maintain excellent ventilation.
3. Avoid construction at temperatures below -10ºC, and never use fire to dry adhesive points.
4. Always wear gloves. If adhesive contacts eyes, rinse immediately with water and seek medical attention.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine the saw pipe length precisely from measurements and connected fittings' dimensions. Select appropriate tools such as fine tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines. Ensure a smooth, deformation-free cut. File the socket end to a 15°-30° groove, ensuring a minimum length of 3mm and a depth of 1/3-1/2 of the wall thickness. Clear debris post-grooving.
Socket protection:
After socket connection, clean excess adhesive with cotton yarn or a lightly detergent-dampened cloth. Allow static setting until adhesive cures as per its properties and weather conditions. Extend cure time in winter for optimal results.
