Pipe Connection
★ Marking: After piping, mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end for precise installation.
★ Cleaning: Ensure clean end faces of pipes and fittings before threading the pipe into the joint cover.
★ Heating: Use a hot melt machine to heat pipes and fittings to the specified parameters for a secure connection.
★ Joining: Upon reaching the heating time, promptly remove and insert pipe and fittings to the marked depth, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Final Touch: Secure the pipe joint cover after welding to ensure a perfect seal.
★ Seamless Integration: Our pipes and fittings melt completely into one body, ensuring an impeccable match and flawless performance.
