Pipe Connection
★ For optimal pipe socket connection, meticulous adherence to the following procedures is essential:
1. Begin by meticulously cleaning both the pipe socket and fitting socket prior to applying any bonding agents.
2. Accurately measure the socket depth and mark the pipe port for precise fittings.
3. Apply adhesive methodically, starting with the socket and then the pipe, ensuring a uniform and appropriate coating.
4. Carefully align the direction, insert firmly to the marking, and execute a 1/4 turn to secure the connection.
5. Swiftly remove any excess adhesive from the socket for a neat finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface has thoroughly cured, ensuring optimal strength.
★ Ensure safe adhesive use by adhering to these crucial provisions:
1. Adhesives and cleaning agents are to be utilized as needed; unauthorized personnel should refrain from use.
2. Maintain excellent ventilation at bonding sites with no open flames allowed to ensure safety.
3. Do not conduct operations below -10ºC, and avoid using fire to heat adhesive points.
4. Equip construction personnel with gloves, and if adhesive contacts eyes, flush immediately with water and seek medical attention.


Installation Instructions
Saw Pipe and Groove:
The saw pipe length is determined by layer-specific measurements and the dimensions of each connected pipe fitting. Use fine-tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines for precise cuts. Ensure flat, deformation-free section edges. File the socket area into a 15°-30° groove using a medium board file. Grooves should be no less than 3mm long and 1/3 to 1/2 of the pipe wall thickness. Clean away any debris after grooving.

Socket Protection:
After socket connection, use cotton yarn or a dry cloth with a bit of acetone to clean excess adhesive. Allow static curing as per adhesive properties and climate. Extend curing time appropriately during winter construction.
