Pipe connection
★ Ensure all pipe socket connections are executed meticulously by following these detailed procedures:
1. Thoroughly clean the pipe socket and fitting socket before initiating the bonding process.
2. Accurately measure the depth of the socket and mark the pipe port accordingly.
3. Apply the adhesive, starting with the socket and following with the pipe, ensuring even and optimal application.
4. Align precisely, insert into the marked section in one smooth motion, then rotate by 1/4 turn for secure attachment.
5. Clean any excess adhesive from the socket with care.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand undisturbed until the interface fully cures.
★ Adhere to these safety guidelines for the secure use of adhesives:
1. Limit adhesive and cleaning agent usage to designated operators only.
2. Ensure the bonding area is well-ventilated and free from open flames.
3. Avoid construction in temperatures below -10ºC, and never use fire to dry adhesive points.
4. Equip construction personnel with gloves. In case of eye exposure to adhesive, immediately rinse with plenty of water and seek medical assistance.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine the saw pipe length on a layer-by-layer basis, guided by precise measurements and the dimensions of each connected fitting. Opt for fine tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines for best results. Ensure the cuts are straight and the sections are deformation-free. For the socket intended for gluing, use a medium board file to create a 15°-30° groove. The groove length should not be less than 3mm, with a thickness of 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall thickness. Post-grooving, eliminate all debris.
Socket protection:
After connecting the socket, gently clean the extruded adhesive using cotton yarn or a dry cloth slightly moistened with a detergent like acetone. Allow to stand until the joint cures, factoring in adhesive performance and climate conditions. Extend curing time appropriately during winter construction.
