Product application range

Pipe connection
★The primary methods for connecting our pipes include:
1. For dn≤63, utilize hot melt socket connection or electrofusion connection.
2. For dn≥75, hot melt butt connection or electrofusion connection is recommended.
3. For connecting with metal pipes and accessories, flange or transition pipe connections can be adopted.
★Electrofusion connection
1. Clean the dirt from the pipes intended for connection and mark the insertion depth.
2. Scrape the outer layer of the pipes.
3. Slide the electrofusion pipe fittings onto the pipe, ensuring alignment and axial consistency.
4. Proceed with electrical welding, observing for a slight ejection of melt from the observation hole.
5. Allow cooling to complete the electric fusion process.
