Pipe Connection
★ Mark the socket depth at the pipe's insertion end after piping.
★ Clean the connecting end faces of pipes and fittings, and thread the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Use a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings to be connected. Ensure the heating parameters adhere to the technical requirements of the hot melt machine.
★ After the heating time, simultaneously remove the pipe and fittings, and insert them uniformly without rotation to the marked depth, forming a consistent flange at the joint.
★ Place the pipe joint cover after welding.
★ The pipes and fittings are fused into a single entity, providing a flawless match.
