Pipe connection
★ Our pipeline systems offer several connection methods:
1. For dn≤63, choose hot melt socket or electrofusion connections;
2. For dn≥75, we recommend hot melt butt or electrofusion connections;
3. To connect with metal pipes and accessories, opt for flange or transition pipe connections.
★ Electrofusion connection
1. Begin by cleaning any dirt from the pipe to be connected and marking the insertion depth.
2. Carefully scrape the pipe's outer layer to prepare it for connection.
3. Slide the electrofusion fittings onto the pipe, ensuring it is straight and aligned on the same axis.
4. Proceed with the electrical welding process, monitoring for a slight ejection of melt from the observation hole.
5. Allow the pipe to cool after the electric melting is completed, achieving a strong bond.
