Pipe connection
★ Our advanced pipeline system supports the following connection methods:
1. For pipes with dn≤63, we recommend using either the hot melt socket or electrofusion connection method;
2. For pipes with dn≥75, the advisable method is the hot melt butt connection or electrofusion connection;
3. When connecting with metal pipes and accessories, opt for flange connection or transition pipe connection.
★ Electrofusion connection
1. Begin by cleaning any dirt from the pipe intended for connection, and mark the depth of insertion.
2. Proceed to scrape the outer layer of the pipe to ensure a clean surface.
3. Carefully sleeve the electrofusion pipe fittings over the pipe, maintaining alignment along the same axis.
4. During the welding process, observe for a small melt ejection from the designated observation hole.
5. Allow for proper cooling once electric melting is complete to ensure a secure connection.
