Pipe Connection
★ Mark the socket depth on the pipe insertion end after piping.
★ Clean the connecting end faces of pipes and fittings. Thread the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Use a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings. Ensure heating parameters align with the technical specifications of the hot melt machine.
★ After heating, immediately remove the pipe and fittings simultaneously, then insert them straight without rotation to the marked depth, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Apply the pipe joint cover post-welding.
★ Pipes and fittings meld seamlessly into one unit, providing a perfect match.
