Pipe Connection
★ Mark the socket depth on the pipe insertion end post-piping.
★ Clean the connecting end faces of pipes and fittings. Thread the pipe into the joint cover.
★ Use a hot melt machine to heat pipes and fittings to the specified parameters, ensuring they meet the technical requirements of the hot melt equipment.
★ Once heated, simultaneously remove the pipe and fittings, inserting them to the marked depth in a straight line without rotation, forming an even flange at the joint.
★ Secure the joint cover onto the pipe post-welding.
