Pipe connection
★ Ensure optimal pipe socket connections by strictly adhering to the following meticulous procedures:
1. Clean the pipe socket and fitting socket thoroughly before bonding to ensure a secure fit.
2. Accurately measure the socket depth and clearly mark the pipe port for precise alignment.
3. Apply adhesive uniformly, starting with the socket and then the pipe, for an even coating that ensures secure bonding.
4. Align accurately, insert swiftly to the marked depth, followed by a 1/4 turn rotation for secure engagement.
5. Clean any excess adhesive from the socket to maintain a neat finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface is fully cured, ensuring a strong and durable connection.
★ Safely utilize adhesives by adhering to these critical safety provisions:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents only as needed, restricting their use to qualified operators.
2. Maintain a flame-free environment at bonding sites and ensure adequate ventilation.
3. Avoid construction in temperatures below -10ºC and refrain from using open flames to heat adhesive points.
4. Equip construction personnel with gloves, and in case of eye contact, rinse with plenty of water and seek immediate medical attention.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine the saw pipe length layer by layer based on precise measurements and connected fittings dimensions. Employ fine-tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines for clean cuts. The cut must be flat with no deformation. File the socket groove into a 15°-30° angle, ensuring it is not less than 3mm in length and 1/3-1/2 of the wall thickness. Clean debris thoroughly post-grooving.
Socket protection:
After connection, cleanse the extruded adhesive using cotton yarn or a dry cloth moistened with detergents like acetone. Allow the connection to remain static until the adhesive cures, adjusting curing times as necessary for winter conditions.
