Pipe Connection
★ Primary pipeline connection methods include:
1. For pipes with dn≤63, hot melt socket or electrofusion connections are recommended for optimal results.
2. For pipes with dn≥75, hot melt butt or electrofusion connections are suggested to ensure secure fittings.
3. For connecting with metal pipes and other pipeline accessories, flange connections or transition pipe connections are advised for superior compatibility.
★ Electrofusion Connection
1. Begin by thoroughly cleaning the pipe's surface to be connected and mark the necessary insertion depth for precision.
2. Carefully scrape the pipe's surface to prepare for a secure fitting.
3. Slide the electrofusion fittings onto the pipe, ensuring the pipe remains straight and aligned on the same axis for an optimal connection.
4. Proceed with the electrical welding, observing a slight melt ejecting from the hole, indicating proper welding.
5. Allow the connection to cool, completing the electrofusion process with precision and reliability.
