Pipe connection
★ Meticulously follow the procedures for pipe socket connection to ensure optimal performance:
1. Ensure both the pipe socket and fitting socket are impeccably clean before applying any bonding agent.
2. Accurately measure the socket depth and clearly mark the pipe port for precise installation.
3. Apply the adhesive evenly, starting with the socket followed by the pipe, ensuring a uniform coating for secure bonding.
4. Align the direction accurately, insert into the marked section, and rotate a quarter turn for optimal fit.
5. Remove any excess adhesive from the socket to maintain a clean, professional finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand undisturbed until the interface is fully cured, ensuring long-lasting stability.
★ Adhere to safety regulations when using adhesives to guarantee secure and effective operation:
1. Only trained personnel should handle adhesives and cleaning agents, preventing unauthorized use.
2. Maintain a flame-free environment at bonding sites, ensuring proper ventilation throughout.
3. Avoid construction in temperatures below -10ºC and never use fire to accelerate adhesive curing.
4. Equip construction workers with gloves; if adhesive contacts eyes, rinse immediately with ample water and seek medical attention.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine the saw pipe length layer by layer based on precise measurements and connected fitting dimensions. Utilize fine-toothed saws, cutters, and pipe cutting machines for precise, flat cuts. Create a groove of 15°-30° with a medium board file, ensuring a length of at least 3mm and a thickness of 1/3 to 1/2 of the pipe wall. Thoroughly clean debris post-grooving.
Socket protection:
After socket connection, cleanse the extruded adhesive with cotton yarn or dry cloth moistened with a mild detergent like acetone. Allow to stand until the adhesive cures as per its properties and climate conditions. Extend curing time in winter accordingly.
