Pipe connection
★ The primary connection methods for these pipelines include:
1. For dn≤63, opt for hot melt socket or electrofusion connections;
2. For dn≥75, hot melt butt or electrofusion connections are recommended;
3. For connections with metal pipes and accessories, use flange or transition pipe connections.
★ Electrofusion connection
1. Begin by cleaning the pipe's surface and marking the insertion depth.
2. Carefully scrape the epidermis of the pipe.
3. Fit the electrofusion fittings onto the pipe, ensuring it remains straight and aligned.
4. During electrical welding, ensure a slight melt is visible through the observation hole.
5. Allow the connection to cool, completing the electrofusion process.
