Features

★ Lightweight with high specific strength: Boasting a specific gravity one-eighth that of steel pipes, it offers high pressure test strength, excellent toughness, and superior impact resistance.
★ Smooth inner and outer walls: Designed with smooth surfaces, these pipes ensure minimal flow resistance, thereby reducing energy consumption in fluid transport systems.
★ High heat resistance: Capable of withstanding water temperatures of 70ºC for prolonged use, and up to 95ºC for short-term use, making it highly reliable in high-temperature applications.
★ Corrosion-resistant and non-scaling: Prevents pipe fouling and clogging, as well as the formation of yellow rust spots in basins and bathtubs.
★ Long service life: Engineered for durability, with a typical service life exceeding 50 years.
Product Application Range
★ Hot and cold water pipe systems.
★ Heating systems, including floor, wall, and radiant heating.

Pipe Connection
★ Mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end after piping.
★ Clean the connecting end faces of pipes and fittings, and thread the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Use a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings; heating parameters should comply with the technical requirements of the hot melt machine.
★ Once the heating time is reached, immediately remove the pipe and fittings, and insert them straight without rotation to the marked depth, ensuring a uniform flange forms at the joint.
★ Put on the pipe joint cover after welding.
★ The pipes and fittings melt into one unified body, achieving a truly perfect match.
