Pipe connection
★ Mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end post-piping.
★ Clean the end faces of pipes and fittings before threading the pipe into the joint cover.
★ Heat the pipes and fittings using a hot melt machine, ensuring the parameters align with the technical requirements.
★ Upon reaching the heating time, simultaneously remove and insert the pipe and fittings straight to the marked depth without rotation to form a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Apply the pipe joint cover post-welding.
