Features

★ Lightweight and high specific strength: its specific gravity is about one-eighth of steel pipes, boasting high pressure test strength, excellent toughness, and impressive impact resistance.
★ Smooth inner and outer walls: minimal flow resistance ensures that the fluid conveying system consumes less energy.
★ High heat resistance: suitable for long-term use at normal working temperatures of 70ºC, and capable of withstanding up to 95ºC for short-term use.

Pipe Connection
★ Mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end after piping.
★ Clean the connecting end faces of pipes and fittings. Thread the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Use a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings to be connected, ensuring that heating parameters meet the technical requirements of the relevant hot melt machine.
★ After reaching the required heating time, remove the pipe and fittings simultaneously, and insert them straight without rotation to the marked depth, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Attach the pipe joint cover after welding.
★ Fully melted into a single, unified entity, ensuring a perfect match of pipes and fittings.
